As of March 30, 2019, there was $1,052,957 outstanding under the 2018 Term Loan. As of March 30, 2019, the Company had $112,500 outstanding under the ABL Revolver along with $11,736 of letters of credit. The Company has approximately $25,764 of available borrowings under the ABL Revolver as a source of liquidity.
