During the period from June 30, 2014 through December 31, 2014, the Successor incurred $22,719 in transaction expenses primarily for legal, professional, and other advisory services in connection with the acquisition of the Company. The Successor transaction expenses include a payment of $15,000 to CCMP Capital Advisors for services related to the Merger Transaction. For the six months period ended June 29, 2014, the Predecessor incurred $31,681 in transaction expenses primarily for investment banking, legal, and advisory services related to the Merger Transaction. For the year ended December 31, 2013, the Predecessor incurred $8,638 of expenses for banking, legal, and other professional fees incurred in connection with the Paulin Acquisition. For the year ended December 31, 2012, the Predecessor incurred $3,031 of expenses for banking, legal, and other professional fees incurred in connection with the Ook Acquisition and the Paulin Acquisition. |
