The Company has recorded aggregate management fee charges and expenses from CCMP Capital Advisors, LLC (“CCMP”), Oak Hill Capital Partners III, L.P., Oak Hill Capital Management Partners III, L.P. and OHCP III HC RO, L.P. (collectively, “Oak Hill Funds”) of $130 and $451 for the thirteen and thirty-nine weeks ended September 26, 2020, respectively, and $140 and $396 for the thirteen and thirty-nine weeks ended September 28, 2019, respectively.
Gregory Mann and Gabrielle Mann are employed by Hillman. The Company leases an industrial warehouse and office facility from companies under the control of the Manns. The rental expense for the lease of this facility was $88 and $263 for the thirteen and thirty-nine weeks ended September 26, 2020, respectively, and was $87 and $262 the thirteen and thirty-nine weeks ended September 28, 2019, respectively. The Company recorded proceeds from the sale of Holdco stock to members of management and the Board of Directors of $750 for the thirteen and thirty-nine weeks ended September 28, 2019. There were no sales for the thirteen and thirty-nine weeks ended September 26, 2020
