(“Hillman” or the “Company”) announced today that access to certain additional financial information will be made available to (1) holders of the Company’s 6.375% Senior Notes due 2022, (2) investors considering acquiring the Notes or an interest therein for their own account or for a discretionary account or accounts on behalf of one or more other potential investors in the Notes or interests therein for their own account (as to which they have been instructed and have the authority to make the statements contained herein), (3) securities analysts (to the extent providing analysis of investment in the 6.375% Senior Notes due 2022) and (4) market makers who have certified to the Company that they are reputable market makers who regularly make or intend to make a market in the Notes.
